After several months of fixes and tests,in witch we want to assure an good product quality to our customers, the SP1 of Visendo Mailchecker Server 2006 is online.

Ich habe am Wochenende bei uns einen neuen Server aufgesetzt und den alten vom Netz getrennt. Auf dem alten befand sich der Mail Checker Server. Ich habe den MCS auf dem neuen Server wieder aufgespielt und wollte die Registrierung mit unserem Lizenzschlüssel vornehmen.Daraufhin erhielt ich die Meldung:
Ihre Lizenz ist gesperrt etc.
Ich habe es daraufhin mit der Lizenzdatei versucht, die auf dem alten Server generiert wurde, leider brachte das keinen Erfolg. Wie kann ich meinen MCS jetzt neu registrieren?
Noch eine Frage nebenbei: Wenn man das Support-Formular in der Admin-Konsole benutzt bekommt man leider keine Rückmeldung ob die Übertragung geklappt hat. Wann kann man dort mit einer Antwort rechnen? Eine Bestätigung per E-Mail, dass die Supportanfrage korrrekt bei Visendo eingegangen ist wäre wünschenswert.

Ich habe heute versucht auf die Demo-Version von 2006 upzudaten, zum Glück in einer VM unter Windows Server 2003 R2 mit allen aktuellen Updates.
Erstmal habe ich wie gefordert alle zusätzl. Software installiert (.net 2.0, vc, xml6.0, etc.)
Dann ist nirgends zu erkennen, ob die Demo-Version den SP1 enthält oder nicht, zumindest lässt sich der SP1 nicht installieren.
In der MMC3.0 läuft der MCS2006 so gut wie überhaupt nicht, ständig Hinweise, dass irgend ein Fehler aufgetreten ist, der entweder ignoriert oder versendet werden kann.
Will man den Dienst starten wird er kurz darauf wieder beendet (Fehler???).
Für meine Begriffe unbrauchbar, gibt es jemanden der das Produkt schon im täglichen Einsatz hat?

Hallo,
ich habe immer noch Verbindungsprobleme beim Outlook Plugin.
Jetzt habe ich aber einen Weg gefunden, daß es zum Teil zuverlässig funktioniert.
Leider habe ich durch die Connect immer unterschiedlichen FilterConfig.xml - Dateien auf Client und Server.
1. Frage: Welche soll ich behalten? Die neuere? Was muß wie in der FilterConfig.xml enthalten sein?
2. Frage: Gibt es eine Funktion, die beide Dateien zusammenbringt, so daß die Eintragungen für Black- und Whitelist nicht nochmal vorgenommen werden müssen?

Wenn ich alles soweit eingegeben habe und ich auf MSN oder anderes aus der Schuppe klicke, hängt sich das Programm auf. Unter ISDN Geräte steht "Geräte 1 - Auerswald & CO KG - BRI - Serial #(nul)" das ist die Auerswald 4410USB mit der wir Faxe empfangen wollen. Klicke ich auf OK sagt mir das Programm es sind keine Geräte gefunden worden.
ISt das normal ... fehlt da was?

Hallo Forum.
Bei uns gibt es immer wieder ein Problem beim abholen (POP) größerer Mails.
Meistens bei Mails mit Anhang von ca. ab 11 MB.
Der Mail Checker Server scheint diese nicht holen zu können und blockiert den Mailverkehr und
alle Mails die nach der "großen" beim Provider eintreffen liegen dann in der Warteschleife.
Sobald ich aber zB in Outlook Express das betreffende POP Konto einrichte und selbst manuell eingreife, werden diese großen Mails dann ohne Probleme von Outlook direkt abgeholt.
Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hello, you have the domain filter activated, in this case the emails that are pooled by fax server and transmitted as fax must much an specific domain or multiple separated with ; Is also possible to deactivate this feature on management console - under Services - Sender - sender settings - Mail2Fax and any of your qualified emails will be send as fax. Hi SPerry, can you send a part of header for that email, or entire to give it a test, anyway the issues is in our task list for next tests. send an email also to support@ppedv.de and we will post you back with an new version or workaround. regards, visendo support team
